Who we are

The controller

Ranne Studio FZE, a Free Zone Establishment registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (licence 4431716.01), runs ranne.studio and decides how the data below is used.

What we collect

Two things, nothing else

• Contact form. Your name, email, company (optional) and message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.
• Visit statistics. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and records the page, referrer, country and device type. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Who handles it

Our processors

• Vercel hosts the site and provides the visit statistics.
• Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.

Both may process data outside the UAE, including in the United States, under their own security and data-protection terms.

How long

Retention

We keep contact-form messages for as long as the conversation or any resulting work needs them, and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Visit statistics are aggregated and kept by Vercel.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, if you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR. Send the request through the contact form or by email to hello@ranne.studio, and we will reply within 30 days.
